The appointed Principal Contractor will be expected to liaise with the National Portrait Gallery Exhibitions Build Production Manager, and also provide advice throughout the duration of the project. However, the National Portrait Gallery will make the final decision on all aspects of the project design. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
