[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender Community Housing is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced Suppliers to deliver Development and/or Consultancy services under this multi-lot 5 year framework (4 years with an optional 1 year extension) This framework seeks to offer the benefits of best practice in contract delivery and collaborative working practices for Community Housing and other Authorised Users of the framework. The framework is to operate across the West Midlands and surrounding areas and will be open to all UK public sector bodies to access via an Access Agreement between Community Housing, the Supplier and Pretium Frameworks Ltd, who Community Housing has appointed to administer the framework on their behalf. The framework is primarily being created for projects based in the Wyre Forest district area, however there is potential for projects within adjacent districts surrounding Worcestershire and the West Midlands. In addition to covering the Wyre Forest and the areas surrounding Worcestershire and West Midlands, Lots 3, 4 and 10 will be National lots. It should be noted that the framework is being created for the construction of both dwellings and non-dwelling units. Non-dwelling units includes, but is not limited to, light industrial units, industrial units, commercial buildings, shops, offices, community buildings, educational buildings and related buildings.
