The building will provide special educational provision for the school's autistic students and will comprise of teaching rooms with ancillary (supporting) spaces and a secure external play area.\\r \\r The contract will be let to one main contractor under JCT Design and Build with Employers Requirements, Drawings, Contract Sum Analysis, Building Specification, Mechanical and Electrical Drawings and Specification, and Structural and Civil drawings and Specification.
