The Essential Services and Additional Services (together, the "Services") should meet the following requirements:  resources updated promptly to reflect developments in the law; resources available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 a year, subject to a minimum level of disruption which the bidder should specify in the tender. customer support services by telephone and/or email. Customer support service requests should be responded to in a timely manner.
