The contract is for the refurbishment of two units (formerly Credit Union and Blackshaw Cycles) at the mall Dalton Road, Barrow-in-Furness, and a small section of the mall underpass. Following consultation with Market Traders since the original tender was issued for the refurbishment of Blackshaw Cycles and Credit Union units within The Mall, it has become evident that there are now more traders to relocate than first thought.
