The Service is a Supported Living service 24 hours per day 7 days per week. It is for 22 people at 7 properties. It is replacing an existing supported living contract provided by Home Farm Trust. There will be a range of needs supported with the expectation to provide flexible support to evolve with the needs of the tenants over time.
