The contractor will also provide a mid-point and final comprehensive evaluation of the programme and its impact. Initial contract term: 12 months so the initial term will expire on 25/01/2025 Extension: The contract may be extended for a maximum duration of 24 months, contingent upon the sole discretion of the Buyer, budget availability, and internal approvals. If contract extended the maximum end date will be 25/01/2027. Estimated value for the contract: £100,000 inclusive of VAT.
