The primary focus is to improve the general functionality and accessibility of the building to create an improved learning and working environment. This will include heavy, medium and light refurbishment to approximately 2790m2 to the internal floor space on the ground and part of the first floor area. Call off via Further Competition under LOT 3 of the CBC Construction Framework. Tenders must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.
