Although this system will hold most of a patient's records, whilst in the early days of implementation there will still be paper documents that will be required to be used within the Trust. Therefore, it is proposed that we will use an attendance pack for both out-patients and In-patient activities. An estimated maximum 120,000 folders that meet the specification are required. Dividers are also needed on an ad-hoc basis over a one-year period, with an option to extend for an additional year.
