The works include: • DPC works including chemical injection. • Tanking for walls and ceilings • Associated plastering and brickwork. • Reinstatement/Renewal of decorative joinery and boxings. • Isolation, removal and Reinstatement of services, kitchens and bathrooms in relation to the DAM works. • Damp surveys (this will primarily be undertaken by the DLO) • Mould Treatment and wash downs (this will primarily be undertaken by the DLO) The contract is let on a JCT measured term contract with Initial contract duration of 15 months with 2 possible 12-month extensions, to be at the sole discretion of the Employer and subject to annual performance review. The works are to be carried out within the wider Doncaster area, albeit no volume, workflow or value is guaranteed.
