It will provide a range of young person-centred, sensitive, and trauma-informed services to CYP who may be at risk of substance misuse or currently experiencing substance related harm. The service will be structured to support Children and Young People with three tiers of provision: Universal, Targeted and Specialist. The Service will deliver a Public Health approach to address poor health outcomes of substance misuse and promotes health transitions into adulthood. The contract is for a period of 5 years with the option to extend for a further up to 2 years subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended approach notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
