·Loft insulation to the town hall roof

·Heating Modifications in plantroom to allow for connection of District Heating System.

·Domestic Hot Water Service cylinder to be replaced with a plate heat exchanger, buffer vessel & ancillaries to suit the district heating energy source.

·Dynamic Radiator Valves on all emitters (D-TRV's).

·BMS modifications to suit District Heating.

·Installation of Photovoltaic (PV) panels
