This project, funded by the Community Ownership Fund, aims to enhance the facility's functionality, accessibility, and sustainability to better serve the local community. Scope of Work: The project includes the following key elements: Demolition and Removal: Careful removal of non-load-bearing interior partitions, existing flooring, and suspended ceiling systems. Structural demolition including the removal of staircases, sections of brickwork to create new doorways, and the sealing of a former loading bay. Handling and disposal of hazardous materials such as asbestos following all health and safety regulations. Structural Works: Construction of new walls, partitions, and mezzanine flooring.
