The scheme will be delivered as a land and build package with JCT contract. The proposed developer is Keepmoat who will retain the remainder of the site and Keepmoat will also dispose of the land to PHG. The scheme has a pending full planning permission for 183 dwelling. Of which no units are currently secured via a S106 agreement due to viability. The council envisage all units will be delivered as affordable. However, KM proposed to deliver their proportion of the site as Open Market.
