The University contract is to operate for 52 weeks a year, during the term times regular daily and weekly cleaning tasks take place throughout the University areas. The University operates from a number of campuses which it owns and from other sites where it has a base in premises owned by third party organisation. In respect of the services set out in this tender these are required only at our London campus - East India Dock Road.   The campus has a main building with access across a courtyard to five further classrooms.
