The scope of the services includes but is not limited to: on-site (face to face), virtual, or phone occupational health support (to be delivered by a qualified Occupational Health professional), for 1 day per month (7 working hours). This will include: - Management referrals for ill-health issues, including sickness absence, as required. - Rehabilitation guidance following illness and / or injury, as required. - Support with the management of ill-health early retirement applications, as required. - Risk Assessment completion / advice, as required. - Health Screening (for example, in relation to night workers), as required. - Information and advice on matters including disability-related medical conditions, as required. - Health promotion (including manual handling advice, promoting good health, and so on), as required. - Advice on Policy development relating to Health matters, as required. - Referrals to other health services, as required. On-site Health Surveillance support (including recalls) - delivered by a qualified Occupational Health professional. This will be for 4 days per annum (i.e. 28 hours), plus additional support as required. This will consist of Noise and Vibration assessments, as well as Respiratory / Skin assessments as required. The contract will be let for two (2) years with a possible extension of one (1) year. Estimated value of the full contract over the initial 2 years plus potential 1-year extension is £54,000 inc.
