The purpose of the tender is to engage a service provider to undertake the duties of the GPA so as to fulfil its responsibilities under the (PWRFR 2002) as amended and the International Maritime Organisations, International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, 1973 as modified by the Protocol of 1978 (MARPOL), in respect of the GPA's provision of port waste reception facilities for the delivery of ship generated waste from ships. Interested parties must respond via HM Government of Gibraltar's Supplier Network Portal : [hmgogsupplier.gibraltar.gov.gi](https://hmgogsupplier.gibraltar.gov.gi) Additional information: Gibraltar does not participate in the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) under the World Trade Organization (WTO). HM Government of Gibraltar therefore reserves the right to consider only those bids from eligible tenderers in Gibraltar, the UK, or a country or territory covered by a trade agreement extending to Gibraltar that contains relevant procurement provisions.
