This will improve access and egress and security to the properties, whilst helping to maintain the aesthetics of the council's portfolio of properties from further damage. Some of the works need to be resolved urgently to address health and safety requirements. There are 103 leaseholders who will be impacted by the scheme and there are a total of 334 properties.
