Early intervention work in this area is currently not recorded consistently. This creates problems - such as difficulty sharing the information you gather with the people who need to access it. You will initially focus on improving how information is managed for primary school aged children. You have undertaken discovery research exploring the problem and how to address it. You have decided to create a 'single health record' for the child. You'd like a delivery partner to help you progress this decision, working with you to validate what's understood, and identify and facilitate the testing of possible solutions. You wish to explore existing or off-the-shelf solutions, rather than building something yourself. This is because you don't have the development capacity or resources required to build or maintain a product of your own at this point in time. We understand that the overarching goal of the work is to find a solution that will meet the needs of the users. This project will identify and test that solution, and will conclude once testing has been completed and next steps have been identified.
