The LLDC's portfolio, which will eventually be developed, generates important interim income. Therefore, effective management of these tenants and properties is crucial, including rent collection. The Service Provider is expected to proactively manage the LLDC's owned and occupied assets and locations that are not under development, using a coordinated approach to ensure legal obligations are fulfilled, commercial opportunities are maximised, and sites are available and prepared for development at the relevant time.
