The proposed works are as follows: 1. Careful removal of existing shop front and clear from site. Including removal of all fixtures / fittings to existing shop front. 2. Removal of the existing sunshade 3. Disconnect and remove the existing roller shut door set and clear from site. 4. Remove the existing signage/sign boards and clear from site. 5. Removal of existing floor finish and clear from site. 6. Installation of new shop front 7. Installation of new roller shutter 8.
