This includes the Civica OPENRevenues (OR) integrated Revenues, Benefits, DIP and workflow system, Civica Pay Cash Receipting, and Income Management and reconciliation systems. This will be combined via a multi-year enterprise licence agreement plus annual support and maintenance contract arrangements, which will support the council over the term of the contract by minimising additional costs and have supported budget forecasting.
