The project will pursue its objectives by delivering across three distinct workstreams: Policy development: The project will assist the Ministry for Restoration (MfR) in developing the State Regional Development Strategy 2024-2027 Action Plan. Institutionalisation of recovery planning: Building on the results of previous work, the project will work with five hromadas to institutionalise recovery plans, through providing training and expert assistance.
