The scheme will be expected to operate on a membership basis, whereby a weekly fee will give residents "membership", and access to various support elements for a period of 3 months. The Service Provider will be expected to coordinate the delivery of the Community Wellbeing Service, including the delivery of the four main elements of the scheme: a Community Shop, a daytime Café, an evening meal service, and wraparound advice services and activities (detailed in Section 3). The service will include partnership working with Brent Council services, local VCS organisations and partners to support the delivery of advice services and activities. The service is expected to go live from October 2024, from the New Millennium Centre in Roundwood, a Brent Council managed building.
