The work is in relation to the maintenance of SBC's of 10,300 homes, replacing and installation of extractor fans in kitchens, bathrooms or both locations in the property. The SBC contract manager will issue all work to the contractor with a specification of the required work. Acceptance of the SBC Terms & Conditions, under which this RFQ is issued is mandatory for evaluation, by submitting a response you are accepting the terms and conditions Please take note of the mandatory completion dates, the instructions to bidders and evaluation are contained at the top of the pricing documents.
