The Services and objectives are as follows: - Education - To educate and inform stakeholders including healthcare professionals and patients about the Yellow Card scheme - Patient Reporting - To increase patient awareness of Yellow Card reporting and help drive an increase in patient reporting - External/Stakeholder communications - To communicate information about the Yellow Card scheme to stakeholders - Facilitation - To raise awareness and encourage facilitation of direct Yellow Card reporting from healthcare systems - Internal communications - To communicate with the MHRA on a regular basis regarding Yellow Card Strategy and reporting from the YCC regions - Analysis - To analyse quarterly supply of Yellow Card data and identify targets for improvement.
