LBWF wishes to continue in this role of facilitating the creation of low carbon heat networks which link new and existing developments in various clusters across the borough. The London Borough of Waltham Forest is now seeking suitably qualified consultants through the LEA procurement framework to undertake an updated study in two work packages as follows: Work Package 1 - a high level review of the entire borough to identify potential further clusters/viable areas where heat networks can be developed.
