The work comprises both structural and non-structural upgrades including new units, worktops, plumbing, electrical and tiling, within occupied properties. Contractors may also be required to undertake responsive kitchen upgrade works within vacant 'void' properties upon request, working to a 4-week timeframe in completing all required works. Proposed start on site is April 2022 and will comprise (1+2+2 years) duration. The majority of work will take place in occupied properties so the tenant needs and requirements are paramount.
