UKAEA is planning to hold an event in February 2024 to celebrate its success at the Culham Science Centre, Oxford. A large number of guests are being invited to this celebration. The aim of this tender is to appoint a single supplier to provide all the event infrastructure required to host this event and further events using the same infrastructure on the day before and day after. This purpose of this tender is to award a contract to provide the marquee and other equipment that will be required.. Full details are provided in the tender pack for this tender. Interested organisations are invited to attend Culham Science Centre to see the site before preparing a proposal to deliver the contract requirements.
