This is for a period of 3 months from 1st October 2023. NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) is acting as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner and is supporting the procurement process. The service is a Schedule 3 Service and is being procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The service is required to support the public health services elements of Sexual Assault Referral Services (SARS), and the co-commissioning of services within the wider Sexual Assault & Abuse Services (SAAS) pathway in Norfolk. As a result of this procurement exercise an agreement will be established with the successful Bidder(s) for a period of 3 months. Contracts are awarded on an AQP basis and are therefore zero value, zero activity guaranteed.
