South Tyneside Homes is the ALMO of South Tyneside Council, responsible for managing the Council's housing stock. It is the intention to appoint a single supplier and a reserve supplier onto the framework to supply double glazed units. No guarantees are made about the quantities to be required, but the Pricing Schedule contains notional quantities based on historic requirements. Call-offs will be in accordance with the rates submitted. The framework will be for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further period of 2 x 12 months, and may be used by South Tyneside Homes and South Tyneside Council. Suppliers will be required to express interest in this opportunity on the NEPO ProContract system.
