This service will forms a key part of Hackneys mental health service provision. It will reach population groups such as minority ethnic populations that other services sometimes do not. This service will predominantly provide mental health support and recovery services to City and Hackney adult residents with complex mental health needs. Additionally the service infrastructure should be used to support some prevention focused and more widely accessible interventions. The service will be delivered by a number of specialist providers managed by a main contractor.
