Key to this will be the review of the current arrangements and existing MoU/agreements in place between DLUHC and its Delivery Partners, alongside discussions with stakeholders. Phase 2: Co-Design and draft the new Commissioning Frameworks with DLUHC and its Delivery Partners. Phase 3: Support with the implementation of the newly agreed Commissioning Frameworks and monitor the implementation and overall effectiveness during the first month.
