To date, the Benefits & Analysis Team have produced analysis to assess the impact of fiscal planning and cost remediation. This work has been high level and therefore a full change appraisal is now required. The Benefits & Analysis Team have identified that external consultancy is required to support this activity until December 2023 with an option to extend.
