Contract(s) will be put in place for the delivery of insights for the six constituent boroughs of London Boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hounslow, Hillingdon, and Richmond upon Thames through West London Waste. This tender does not include, but will be made available for future use and referenced by London Boroughs of Barnet, Wandsworth and Hammersmith & Fulham as named participants. The Contractor shall be responsible for undertaking an evidence-based recommendations and carry out a baseline assessments in 2023/24 for each of the participating boroughs ensuring sampling is accurately representative of the varying socio-economic/demographic makeups and housing types.
