The brief presented here is intended to progress the project to completion of Outline Business Case. The Liverpool Music project is a collaboration between the LCRCA and Liverpool City Council (LCC) and seeks to create a unique destination, combining immersive musical experience, visitor attraction and sector development, founded on Liverpool's music and creative credentials, providing a focal point and new opportunities for innovation, talent, training and visitor experience. The proposal is to develop the Liverpool Music project at one or more locations, to be identified within Liverpool.
