The requirement is to develop and deliver the Emerging System Leaders Programme (ESLP) as a part of the Accelerated Director Development Scheme (ADDS). This is a CEO Led Partnership approach to developing future senior system leaders. The scheme identifies, develops and deploys high potential leaders at one level below Board, ready within 9 - 24 months to be Executive Directors and skilled system leaders.
