The OU does not have experience of delivering and deploying multiple algorithms at scale, something that is required for our personalisation plans. To enable this, the OU is looking to develop and implement an MLOps framework There are two discrete workstreams which each have phases with in them. For the purposes of this Call-Off Contract, they will be referred to as Project 1 and Project 2 each with their own timelines, deliverables and costs.
