This offer represents a hands-on expert, critical friend model of support, working with the system to ascertain how to assemble an agreed picture and narrative of what their data is saying about Capacity & Demand, to get to an agreed position of the gaps in Capacity & Demand, and to support their building the short term and long-term action plan to make improvements stick. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
