The Mixed Metals and Plastic Packaging materials originate from domestic properties within the Borough of Basildon. Some material will likely originate from commercial properties in the near future as the Council develops their trade waste recycling service. Material is loose and not with sacks or bales. Material is collected 5 days per week and on Saturdays after Bank Holidays. Material will be housed within a building and expect material provided to be a consistent source of dry mixed paper & cardboard, i.e. typically circa 10% under normal atmospheric conditions.
