The site is a Sports Pavilion consisting mainly of changing facilities and a bar / viewing area. This is a live site used by students of University of Southampton and other members of the public. The building is a brick and block two-storey building and has a large viewing terrace on the first floor. The site provides sports and leisure facilities with grass and AGP playing fields. There is a large ground level car park to the front and side of the Pavilion building. To the south of the pavilion there are fenced off tennis courts.
