Trillium Systems Limited will provide the Customer with support services covering the Supported Software, specifically focused on supporting the core application functionality, related application services and databases, covering: • Core Application support covering "out the box" usage of Supported Systems • Custom functionality developed by Trillium for the Client • Trillium Solution Accelerator functionality Service Allocation Credits for general advice and guidance Service Allocation Units are allocated in hour units whereby one unit equals 1 hour. Units are deducted once a change request is approved.
