Project Description: The aim of this project is to address condition defects and maintenance issues at the MSCP, to address on-going deterioration and improve the MSCP's aesthetic appearance. The works to be undertaken include top-deck waterproofing, replacement of parapet cladding panels, concrete repairs, steelwork coating replacement and drainage cleaning. The initial contract term will be for 12 weeks, as stated in the ITT documents. Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents.
