Facility will be base in 140 sq.m of space (plan provided). • The storage facility is required to hold a volume more than 80 m3 of equipment and ideally no taller than 2.1 m high, approximately. • There should be space for of approximately 15sq/m of space to have yellow hatching. • Clear floor markings around the floor, designating the racking and floor directions and space for a fire route to the rear of the building. • Racking needs to have a wooden base for each shelf and approximately 1m depth. • Various storage bins need to be incorporated for smaller items, such as Mouse/Keyboard/peripherals • Pallet truck is required for deliveries • Minimal moving and handling requirements.
