It supports strategic ambitions that are set out in the Council's Homelessness Prevention and Rough Sleeping Strategy 2020 - 2025. The objective is to tackle homelessness amongst individuals and households through direct services and/or developing new ways of working with partners to generate housing and accommodation and access to service. The Council has a robust focus on prevention and early help with clients to mitigate homelessness as set out in the Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy.
