These bootcamps were designed to help unemployed, economically inactive and career changers in the WMCA administrative area to enter digital roles beyond entry-level. Bootcamps were also used to support employed residents to gain the skills required to secure more digital responsibility or promotion within their existing employment. Following the success of the initial programme, a further £3.1m was then awarded to WMCA and delivery has also been continued via the Adult Education Budget. In 2022 WMCA were awarded a further £11.25m to develop 'bootcamp' provision and a further £15.15m in 2023. Based on the successful allocation of these funds, WMCA is now looking for programmes to fund under WAVE 4 of the Skills Bootcamp funding specifically for Retrofit, Logistics and Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering. WMCA is seeking providers to deliver bootcamps at levels 3-5 within the areas outlined above. ## CPV classification Adult and other education services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/e23aef89-d92e-4695-85c5-6041f479772d) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
