Wolverhampton City Council Legal Services have recently implemented their Business Plan 2023-2025, within which they set out their aspiration to deliver their core purpose with assurance of efficiency of process and provision of service. To achieve this, they want, amongst other things, to introduce more efficient workflows and to be able to identify where time and resources are being spent, to establish whether such is being directed to the right work and whether that work is being done at the right level.
