All tender information MUST be submitted through the Delta eSourcing Portal. ### Brief Description of Requirement The purpose of this evaluation was to evaluate the overall delivery of the project against the agreed performance indicators and metrics and to gather learning on heat pump acceptability and satisfaction to inform future heat policy.
