The Council is managing this procurement in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations. The services are considered to be Light Touch Services and this process will apply the flexibilities afforded under the Public Contracts Regulations. The process is a one stage process, like the Open procedure. The aim of the service is to improve the physical and mental health, emotional and social wellbeing, and quality of life for people who suffer with functional mental health needs and/or autism. It will support them to live independently in their own homes, engage with employment/education/training opportunities, and to engage with the local community.
