We are seeking bids from a single provider that will have a strong focus on recovery, prevention and commitment to broad community reach. The London Borough of Newham will only accept bids submitted by a single organisation. Although the Council will enter into a contract with only one organisation, a key element of this specification is the requirement for the lead provider organisation to deliver culturally appropriate interventions through partnerships with local community-led initiatives and other sub-contractors.
